Biography

Licensed and experienced legal practitioner. Former jurist with 23 years of diverse knowledge in various facets of the law.  Considerable research and writing skills including author of several publications.  Highly knowledgeable at interpreting the law according to administrative code, state and federal statutes.  Key competencies include:
